I’m always looking for opportunities to feature other authors on LeadsMonger and if you write something awesome I’ll reward you by paying for traffic to your guest post and linking to it internally!
I’m just very picky about the content I’m willing to post and very careful about the sites I link out to.
If you have a website and you publish content about affiliate marketing, internet marketing or a closely related topic then let me know if you have any ideas for a guest post you think my audience would appreciate. I’m happy to consider anything informative and engaging. It just has to be 100% original – written specifically for LeadsMonger – and high quality with a real ‘voice’. Spun content, rewritten content or cookie-cutter articles I could research myself or pay someone pennies to write will never be accepted. The site you’re linking to also has to be valuable and relevant and the content on the target page must add value to the article you’re writing for LeadsMonger.
This is not a ‘backlinking’ opportunity.
This is a content marketing opportunity.
I’m offering you a genuine opportunity to expand your influence and get exposure with my audience. If you appreciate the value of this – even if the only link I was offering was a naked URL to your homepage – then feel free to hit me up, you’re the kind of person I want to work with regularly.
What I’m really looking for is an opportunity to feature YOU – your experience, your unique viewpoint and your personality – much if not more than a bunch of words you’ve written. Write something valuable to my audience that I couldn’t do myself and I’ll definitely consider it and definitely promote your content over and over again on my own accord.
At a minimum, you have to be willing to write at least 1500 words, but the longer the better. Any sites you’re linking to also have to relevant, professional and 100% safe for me to link to (and I reserve the right to use nofollow for any links at the time of publishing or any time in the future, or removing your links altogether – in fact, I reserve the right to edit the article any way I like after publishing it, but will let you know and give you the option of pulling it if you’re not happy).
Depending on the article, I’m happy to consider as many links as you want, but whatever you’re linking to and whatever anchor text you want have to be 100% natural and appropriate. I’m not providing this opportunity for you to build your anchor text profile. For example, I’m not going to use something like ‘affiliate marketing’ as anchor text unless the article you’re linking to is an all encompassing epic post that explains everything about affiliate marketing. Even if that was the case, I’d prefer to use ‘everything you need to know about affiliate marketing’. Think of this as an opportunity to gain exposure, traffic and authority, not anchor text and we’ll be on our way.
I’m happy to consider articles that link to any kind or relevant page, including sales pages, but the links have to add value to the article and be natural additions to the content, not the whole point of the content itself. If you have an affiliate program I’ll also expect you to offer me an affiliate link or other JV option.
Anyway, ’nuff said for now. If you have something in mind that could benefit us both, get in touch and let’s talk about something specific.
